The location was very convenient for attending a music event at the Climate Pledge Arena and there were lots of great eating places within easy walking distance. The only thing I didn't like was the garage, it had to be one of the smallest I've ever seen and hard to park a 4Runner in!

The location is good if you wanna explore downtown Seattle but the hotel is a bit out dated. Also it wasn’t the cleanest. I could hear myself walk due to how sticky the floor was in our hotel room. Another inconvenience was the thermostat was behind the tv and dresser. Not the best experience and I don’t think I would stay at this property again.

I will choose this hotel again for Waterfront trips! A little overdue for a facelift - the room was outdated and could use some decor and ambiance, but it was comfortable, clean, safe, and the folks were kind. Parking onsite in a private and secure garage with in and out privileges was great, even for the price (which is average for Seattle). The complementary breakfast was fresh and hot, frequently refreshed, and the service staff was happy and helpful.

Overall experience was good; it was close to where we were going and had a nearby restaurant/beer hall. But not much else in the way of nearby restaurant or bar options. Appreciated the availability of breakfast in the hotel. The room was cold when we first came in, but heated up pretty quickly, although the single blower vent did not even distribute the heat through-out the suite.

Good area and really nice staff. The room was really spacious and pillows were super comfy. However the bedding was very thin and uncomfortable. The pull out couch sofa bed was covered in crumbs and hair when we pulled it out and there was a hair on the shower gel in the shower. The walls are very thin and the maids are VERY loud and slammy in the morning.

Great Weekend Spot

Check-in was fast and easy. We had an issue with a loud dog in the next room and staff was able to change our room quickly. Room was comfortable, and breakfast was nice. Hotel is situated in a great neighborhood with lots of food options, just make sure if there’s an event at the arena to get in before 5:30.
