"We had a great stay! The room was super clean, the front desk concierge was helpful for all questions. We used the laundry machines at the front quick and simple to use, plus they have things to purchase if you forgot (like we did for dryer sheets). I read reviews complaining about the noise levels from the AC and highway. It’s not loud at all, and being close to the highway sure you hear some traffic but it’s like white noise. I really loved the locked gate they had which is only accessible with your room key, made us feel more secure about our rental car in the parking lot. Thanks for a wonderful and trusted hotel stay!"

"For a 4-5 star hotel, it was disappointing that to see the lack of amenities in the bathroom. Only a small tube of moisturiser provided, not even a shower cap. Yes, shampoo and body wash in the bath. The air conditioning in our room didn’t cool the room and issue wasn’t resolved until Day 2 of a 3 day stay. The WiFi didn’t work in the room for our entire stay, even after complaining about it. We had left our luggage with the Bell Captain on check-out and had to wait 30mins when returned a couple hours later to retrieve our luggage. We approached staff at the front desk as we had time limitations but they were dismissive and couldn’t really care. Opulent hotel but don’t recommend it."

"our room had no clock, no bathroom ventilation fan,no drawers, a view of three roofs that looked like war torn Ukraine , and terrible coffee ! No shelves in bathroom. this was as stripped down an experience as I have ever had. shocking for a marriott.parking was $40 per night and we got stuck inside and had to call to get out when the gate would not work. "
