A special thank you to Rose at the reception, who was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly kind, warm, and attentive, and she made sure everything was taken care of throughout our stay. Her hospitality and friendly personality truly made our experience even more memorable. The entire staff was exceptional and always happy to help.
