The hotel is literally carved in the mountains of Göreme, a few steps away from the main boulevard, with all the restaurants and shops you could imagine. The staff is super helpful when booking your tours and checking weather conditions and any other questions you might have. The rooms are pretty big and staffed with all you need.

Great HOTEL, Great STAFF Great Service

This hotel it's in a great location. Close to everything, and lots of restaurants within walking distance. The STAFF it's WONDERFULL. Super polite, helpful. As everything in Cappadoccia, everything it's uphill. The STAFF helped us with the luggage to the room. Room was very comfortable, with A/C, The hotel has a great TERRACE for breakfast, and to see the BALLONS pass by. On the terrace there is also a RESTAURANT. The hotel Staff took care of our AIR BALLON RESERVATION, choosing for us the BEST COMPANY "BUTTERFLY BALLONS", AND also arrange TRANSPORTATION from the airport to the hotel, and back from hotel to Airport at checkout. We will go back to the hotel when we return to Cappadoccia. Great location, great staff, great breakfast, great accommodations.

The property is a cave hotel. All the rooms are different. If you have a problem walking up hill this place might not be correct for you. The views are outstanding and you can see the balloons fly over the hotel. My only complaint is that the breakfast is not marked saying what it is and the hotel allows the cats and dogs yo roam freely in the breakfast area, which is problem if you have allergies to pets. Something the hotel should consider. Otherwise a pleasant stay

Henna hotel was an excellent option for a frost time in Cappadoccia! The rooms are charming and quiet. They have an excellent breakfast, and an outdoor dj bar... The staff were welcoming and helpful! We travelled who another couple, and they loved it too... One thing to consider, is that it's a vertical hotel, lots of steps, so if that's hard for you, pick a room on the lower floor. Views galore. Centric to everything!!! We will come back!!!
