Very good location; midway up the western hill. Lots of restaurants, shops and architectural interesting structures. Staff was helpful in getting our events set up, including laundry service as well as scheduling our balloon ride. The room was even better than the pictures. The hotel was super cute. They helped me organize the shuttle from the airport and were able to book last minute my return shuttle. That was totally my mistake but they were so kind. The breakfast is wonderful and has an amazing view.
