"The hotel itself was good, and overall we had a pleasant stay. However, I would advise future guests to be very careful with the cancellation policy. Our reservation was advertised as fully refundable, and we canceled well before the deadline, yet we were still charged for both the canceled reservation and the reservation we actually used. This created a very frustrating situation and required additional follow-up. Other than that issue, the hotel was comfortable, clean, and met our expectations. Just make sure to closely monitor any charges and refunds related to your booking."

"Super helpful staff with a nice spacious and clean room. Basically right inbetween Interlaken and Interlaken West train stations and right in the centre of the town. Staff were very informative when asking questions about the area and nearby landmarks. Highly reccommend this hotel!"
