We chose this hotel because we are Marriott members and it was 10 minutes away from where our niece and her husband live. It was so well priced and was absolutely exactly what we needed for this short stay. This is where we will be sure to stay going forward every time we come to visit them.

Room was nice and amenities as described. Would have earned a perfect score, but cleaning staff knocked on my door at 8am (check out is at noon). They wouldn't stop knocking until I got out of bed and told them I was still sleeping. I picked this hotel because it had a late check out, but that's a useless feature if cleaning staff are randomly knocking on all of the doors early in the morning (yes, I saw them do this). There needs to be better coordination between management and cleaning staff. Shouldn't be hard to find out which rooms are vacant if they actually communicate. Hopefully management doesn't read this and blame the cleaning staff, this was their lack of organization and leadership. Not hard to relay which guests have actually checked out via a cheap walkie talkie. Do your job front desk and communicate with your staff!
