I made reservation improperly staff was rude out it and packed my things without permission, they lost or tossed my vitamins and supplements. Nice staff was lovely

Pool a bit dirty. People at desk broken english. I askef for a wake up call. They acknowledged my request but Inever got the wake up call.

This property is great for the price. Older but updated. Has a chic modern feel to it. Great staff, nice music in the lobby, some cool Austin srt around the place. Recommend for sure.

The staff was not friendly, no smiles and I didn’t feel like me staying there was appreciated. Also while I was waiting for my room for two hours in the main lobby the music that they were playing was explicit wrap music. Now keep in mind I do enjoy wrap and all genres of music but not loud or explicit especially if there are children present. I was traveling from the east coast and when I asked to be checked earlier I was denied not for room availability but for an additional cost that I was not able to provide.
