Great experience at check-in, pleasant, quick and friendly. Overall cleanlieness and order was great upon walking in. Room was tidy, clean and well maintained...One area of shower does need some grout cleaning, but this was not a problem.

The hotel was dirty needs a whole renovation, carpets dirty and has stains, all doors dirty with either drink stains, hand prints just filthy, fools all wet and stain. If i had not booked it so late i would have wanted a refund. Even the room i stood bathroom very old not clean right carpet dirty and stain. Will not stay there ever.

Everything was clean and we felt very safe. The front desk staff that we interacted with, Jasmine and Jeffrey, were some of the nicest people I've ever dealt with in a hotel. Between greeting me by name each time I came in or out and writing down restaurant recommendations, I felt like they were very happy to make sure my stay was comfortable. We did not try the breakfast buffet, but it looked tasty. The bar staff was friendly and attentive. The freshly baked cookies and ice cold water and lemonade were a nice touch in the lobby. The beds were comfortable and this was some of the best sleep I've had away from home. We were a little apprehensive about how close the hotel was to the highway and if the air wasn't running you could hear a little noise but it didn't interfere with our sleep. I would definitely stay here again if in Austin and the Hilton Company made a great choice in hiring Jasmine and Jeffrey!
