Very disappointed stay

First i had prepaid a head of time for a regular kind room and they gave me a handicap room....I went and talk to the manager and he finally gave me the right room after I told him what I paid for . I had paid for the weekend but my room didn't get cleaned nor towels replaced...I have never been more disappointed
