We arrived at 8:30 am at Hilton the lady stored our luggage. We headed to St.Davids Hospital 7 min away. We told the lady we had no idea what time we would be back for check in. A family member was having surgery. We arrived back at the hotel at 9:30 PM. We were told king rooms were no longer available and he would upgrade us to 2 queens. I said 2 queens is not an upgrade to us we are married and booked a king on hotels .com. It was that or nothing. We ere exhausted and took the Queen beds . At check out in the morning the girl from previous day was checking us out I asked why our king bed room was not saved we left our luggage and they knew we were coming back late. She checked and said I don’t understand why you did not get your king room it was assigned to you. Very disappointing
