This house is located is south Austin roughly 15 minutes from downtown. There is a huge shopping center 2 minutes from the house. There is a large grocery store called H-E-B that is easily walkable. The "Far Out Lounge" music venue and bar is about a ten minute walk away. There are breweries close and all the shopping you would need. Easy access to I-35 for a quick way to get around town (outside of morning and afternoon rush) House is in a great location and is stocked up.

This was a great place to stay! We were in town for the F1 race at COTA and it was an easy drive to and from the track from the house. Had plenty of space for me and my family. The host was very easy to communicate and both check in and check out were easy. Definitely recommend!

We go to Texas every year for moto gp. This is the first time we stayed at a house close to COTA .Great location to everything . So much to do! Quiet neighborhood, owner has awesome communication . He worked with us on bringing our dogs and using the garage to store our bikes during our stay. Backyard was fully fenced. Super clean house. Ac blows cold what more could you ask for

Austin Experience

Visited Austin to celebrate grandson’s 21st birthday. My son lives and works in Austin so it was great to have a 3 bedroom home to stay with family. The home was clean and comfortable. I was able to sync my home YouTube TV to the internet and enjoy some of my favorite shows. I’ve had VRBO several times before to visit Austin but this was the best so far.

Weekend Getaway

We chose this house to stay at because we were going to the Harry Potter A Forbidden Forest Experience and this house was the closest to it. It really is a cozy and comfortable house. The owner is really nice. We rent houses through VRBO often for vacations or weekend getaways and this is only the second time I’ve had an owner personally reach out to me to let me know if we need anything to just let him know. Would definitely rent from him again if we’re ever in the Austin area again.
