This hotel is decent at best. Pros- Having to have a card for entry to get past the front desk and all entries around the building; Some of the workers here like Brittney & Kelly are good people and treat others the way they'd like to be treated & tell you the cheapest way to maintain our stay; Quiet and easy to find. CONS- THE MANAGER IS CRAZY, she actually overcharged us while we stayed here for nearly 3 weeks. Knowing the whole time we should have never been checked out and that the money we paid was supposed to go towards the weekly rate ($347) rather than how we were being charged by day ($97).; Overcharging is definitely present here, and taking advantage of customers who wouldn't have known without someone telling them.; Can't allow anyone to draw on concrete with chalk. The manager tried kicking us out that way, which is why we booked through Travelocity. Without her there she called all the employees and said that we couldn't even allow our dog to go out until we paid $11.40 which is the $5.40 pet fee (daily). They forced our puppy to be in the bathroom in the room for approx. 10 hours, due to their card machine being down. Our baby suffered because of their manager; BEDS SUCK; NO CABINET DOORS; ROOM PHONE DIDNT WORK; NO ROOM CLEANING WAS OFFERED, AND IT COST AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF $10 SOMETHING FOR CLEAN LINEN; DIDNT INFORM US ON FREE TRANSPORTATION OFFERED WHEN STAYING HERE; THIS PLACE SUCKS BECAUSE OF THE SHEER LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM.

Hello Veronica, I apologize you feel this way concerning your stay. I did the best to my ability as a manager to work with you and your fiancée concerning smoking marijuana on the property, and also defaming the property by drawing on the premises. I think there has been a misunderstanding concerning your rate, there is a nightly rate and weekly rate. If you want to give me a call at the hotel property, and I will be glad to explain our policies and room rate to you.

The place was not well maintained and overall was a dump. If you wanted a place to lay your head you will get that but nothing else. Beds were glorified cots and the mini kitchenette had no cabinet doors and no dishes or utensils. So much for being an extended stay facility.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. There was NO toilet paper,soap,cup for water,shampoo,. The sheets looked disgusting. I stayed two nights and nobody cleaned the room after the first night. All this for %4oo per night because if the Master’s Golf Tournament. Again, BY FAR, the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.
