First time at GWL and already planning on going back! We love everything - the waterpark, shopping, the magiquesting, the arcade and the activities at the lobby! Perfect for our little family! We went for our daughter's 7th bday and it truly made her feel special! She loved dancing the night away! Also loved the meal plan. Food was great and service was amazing! We had Bobby as our server the first night and he was awesome! We had the best time, my daughter said its more magical than Disney! Already planning our next stay in the summer. Only one little problem, we were charged twice on a purchase at Trading Post. Left a message a few days ago but havent gotten a call back yet.

Great water park, good hotel, food was so-so.

Full disclosure - I only stayed here because my son adores Great Wolf Lodges and this was better than most, in part because the hotel is limited to guests only. The water slides did not have long lines and everything was pretty accessible. The food options as a adult, however, were not good. Most of the food is "fast" food and not healthy but it is what it is. Great water park, good hotel, not so good food.

The property and staff was excellent. The only issue was that the cleaning staff left a container with hydrogen peroxide directly next to the bath tub and my children started playing with it. Do better at remembering where you leave your cleaning supplies. This couldn’t have been a very serious injury.

Fun for all with an unfortunate issue.

This was not the first time we've been to a Great Wolf Lodge resort however this trip was not up to standards in our opinion. We arrived around 1h30 and althought we know rooms are never guaranteed, usually we dont wait too long. At 4pm i inquired as to any idea of when our room would be ready. I was told oh, you room has been ready but apparently the system didn't text you with your room number. We had been waiting aroung for nothing. We could have accessed the water park however, our experience is that we never wait very long to get our room assignment. It doesn't change our opinion on the facilities however. Everything is very well thought out and cleen. There is much to do and lots of fun for kids and big kids alike.
