This newly renovated in 2023 custom beach bungalow is a block and half from the beautiful Brigantine beaches. Open concept common areas with 4 bedrooms/2 full baths (1 tub and 1 walk-in shower). Freshly landscaped and fully furnished with brand new furniture, coastal decor and beach supplies. Includes 8 beach badges. Spend all day at the beach and come home to the perfect coastal setting!

This 1200 square foot beach home is the perfect space to spend time with family but still have 4 private bedrooms to return to after a day of beach fun. Layout with 4 bedrooms, 7 beds and 2 full baths will be as follows:

- Queen bedroom with direct access to side deck
- Full bedroom
- Bunk bed room with full bottom, twin top, and twin trundle

Brigantine Beach Vacation
I really appreciated the connection we were able to make with the landlord. i was not able to download the app, and needed to text him a couple of times with questions. He answered within minutes both times and was very helpful.
The house itself was lovely and contained everything we needed for a great week. I would love to return next year!

Excellent. House description very accurate. Bright, cheerful, very clean, comfortable. Amenities were great, plenty of beach towels, beach tags, use of beach chairs and bikes. Owner very responsive to any questions. Would definitely rent again.

Great stay!
This house checked all the boxes. It was a great location for access to beach, grocery store, park, mini golf and downtown. All you will need to pack is personal items because everything else is provided from pack n play to kitchen supplies to beach passes and all beach supplies. One of the best rentals we have experienced.
