Location was great! Came for the World Cup. Very easy to navigate to where we wanted to go from the hotel. Parking worked out good too. Breakfast in the morning was good. We stayed in one of the non refurbished rooms and it worked out fine! The new rooms look amazing though!

Hotel under construction. It will probably look nice but while you're there it's a very difficult hotel to pay a high cost for. Located by aquarium which is convenient.

This is a motel turned into a ‘hotel’. The propery is not that well maintained. The room was clean but didn’t have a working telephone or a waste basket. Don’t think I’ll stay here again.

Location is excellent. The hotel is being remodeled so I understand my experience was not ideal. There was dust in the halls and only one elevator was working and being shared with the construction workers which was inconvenient. Otherwise the hotel is fine, we did not leverage amenities except for the breakfast tables, patio and WiFi. Breakfast is ok if you have no dietary limitations as there are no gluten free or other allergy options available.

The people at this hotel made it okay. When we stayed there they were in the middle of a renovation. The beautiful courtyard was not usable. Our room was old with chipped furniture, unreliable tv service, sagging mattresses, scuffs on the walls, etc. We loved the breakfast and the nice woman who kept it well stocked. The front desk staff were very helpful. I can imagine this would be a nice place to stay after the renovation is complete.

Would not recommend staying here. There was massive amounts of construction happening all over the property most hours of the day. The pipes in the walls shook when you flushed the toilet or took a shower. The bed was made after a request was put in but they did not appear to chance the sheets. Night staff was not very hospitable or helpful.

Even with the renovations happening during the day and the outside areas a mess, the rooms are nice, the staff are great and the kind lady that sets up the breakfast does an amazing job. I have to say the breakfast is the best I've had at any hotel in a long time. Looking forward to seeing what this place will look like once the renovations are complete.

Hotel doesn't look anything like the photos online! It was dirty, and under construction; which I feel like should have been said before booking. Only one elevator worked but moved really slow. Breakfast was cold and undercooked at 9am. Icing on the cake was our room had bed bugs! The only good thing i can say is the staff was nice. Im disappointed in the misled rating on hotels.com, this hotel was terrible. And now im praying no bugs came home with me. This was a trip for my daughter's birthday. I am embarrassed she had to stay in this condition. This hotel doesn't offer refunds or I would have left the moment I went to check in.

The room was fine but definitely just a place to sleep, nothing special. The hotel is really close to a lot of restaurants and spots like the aquarium/ Coke museum, etc. The room was never serviced over our three day stay. We also found some dead roaches in our room by the tv.
