Nuestra suite está en el piso 16 de Peachtree Towers. Estamos ubicados en la esquina de Peachtree Street y Baker, frente al Hyatt Regency, a tres cuadras del Centennial Olympic Park.

Gracias por considerar nuestra suite. Mi esposa y yo somos dueños de tres unidades en Peachtree Towers y hemos estado administrando activamente propietarios en VRBO, HomeAway y Airbnb desde 2010. Echa un vistazo a nuestros excelentes comentarios y otros anuncios:

Nuestro condominio cuenta con 600 pies cuadrados de espacio habitable, sala de estar completa, dormitorio separado, cocina surtida, patio completamente cubierto, baño remodelado con ropa de cama, toallas y mantas. Condominio tiene internet, WiFi y TV de pantalla plana de alta definición. Nuestro edificio cuenta con seguridad 24x7 y conserje.

Hay una cama tamaño queen en el dormitorio y un sofá cama en la sala de estar. Por favor, tenga en cuenta que los durmientes son ideales para alojamiento adicional, sin embargo, no son el equivalente de una cama. Hemos comprado uno de los más cómodos de IKEA, pero un durmiente es un durmiente.

Estamos a una cuadra de la estación de tren MARTA 'Peachtree Center'. Atlanta está bien servida por Lyft y Uber. Somos conocidos por el tráfico y le recomendamos encarecidamente que deje el automóvil en casa.

The Peachtree towers is a great spot if you want access to a lot of other venues. Building is secure and people there were helpful. Colleagues were amazed at how reasonable for the location and space.

My impression of the property was good, until i noticed that parking was not included...(i failed to read that part)..and being a disabled veteran i needed parking for the duration of my stay. However, Mr.Michael did let me rent his space. Overall i enjoyed the weekend i had there. It was great! I will be back!!!

Weekend Workshop

The condo was just as pictured, it is the leather 3pc couch set pictured not the cloth one. Walking distance to Market & our workshop so it was very convenient. It was just right for 2 adults, I wouldn't recommend 4 as listed.

Nice corner suite ideal for events

Easy to get to from airport train which saves $ from taking a taxi from the airport. Building has excellent front desk staff. Good communication from owners. Comfortable unit with full kitchen and equipment. Very convenient to walk to tourist/game area like the stadium.

My first experience with this method of accommodation

I have never stayed anywhere except a hotel or luxury cabin while on vacation before. My son and I loved the stay! The property owner was so pleasant and helpful! They reached out to me before I had even left the airport to make sure I had the appropriate codes and understood how to check in. They offered to let me check in early since the place was ready. The concierge at the building was very pleasant and was helpful with the check in process. The condo was pleasant and comfortable. It was like staying at a friend's house while they were out of town! The downtown location wasn't quite as ideal as I hoped, but that is a city issue, NOT an issue with this unit or the owners. I will definitely check with these owners to find a place to stay next time I travel to Atlanta! I am hopeful that they have something a little further from downtown, but still with close proximity to public transportation. Again, that is a personal preference for surroundings, not a reflection of the owners or the actual property.

Our stay was fine. The bed was a little hard and since its an older building you can hear everything through the windows. it also is listed that it is a 12 minute walk to the convention center, but it’s actually more like 20 mins.

Great location for attending Passion 2024!

My son and two friends had the opportunity to stay here while attending the Passion 2024 event at Mercedes Benz Stadium. They were very pleased and complimentary about the location and this unit. The owner was extremely helpful and responsive to all inquiries. We would definitely recommend this property!

Close everything

We enjoyed that we barely had to move our vehicle. Everything was in walking distance. Great downtown location. Apartment/condo on the older side but still warm and welcoming. Would stay again.
