We were not told that the shuttle to the Braves game stopped at 10:30 and the game wasnt over until 11. Forgot to inform us of checkiout time. Other than that we loved the room and truly enjoyed our stay.

There are signs that says masks are required in public areas. But it was not enforced. Not even the staff wore masks properly... I felt extremely unsafe at the Atlanta Marriortt Northwest at Galleria.

Hi Anonymous: Marriott as a company is following CDC guidelines and only requiring those guests who are unvaccinated to wear masks at all times. We will ensure we refresh the staff understanding that all hotel associates are still required to wear masks at all times when interacting with guests indoors. Thanks so much for staying with us!

The staff was polite and the bed and common areas were fine. The room was in poor condition. The plumbing did not drain and the room was begging for a remodel 15 years ago. I was shocked that a Marriott would allow any guest to be permitted to stay in the room we got.

Gracious, friendly staff. Our tv stopped working but was fixed promptly. No daily maid service came as a surprise, but I completely understand why the hotel is doing that and you could always request extra service - we had plenty of towels and i can make my own bed. The breakfast bar was not very good - again, that's COVID - so we skipped it after the first day.

The hotel is a very old Marriott. We had mold in the shower. The room wasn’t vacuumed properly so we had oranges and chip bags under the TV stand and closet area. The TV wasn’t working and we had to contact maintenance. The cleaning lady knocked at 8:30am to clean the room. We only stayed 1 night and wouldn’t stay again.
