Conveniently located in Normal Town across from UGA Health Sciences Campus and a quick walk to Normal Town's eateries. Everything from coffee to cocktails. Take a short ride or nice stroll to down town for award winning restaurants, shopping, coffee shops, and other night life. Perfect for game days, university events or just a weekend getaway.

Although, NTCH is historic turn of the century converted carriage house, it is a comfortable, clean, safe, quiet 2 BR (1-Queen and 1-full), 1 full tub/shower combo bathroom. Private entrance with 1 car covered/1 car uncovered off street parking. Fully equipped Kitchen, linens and towels, 50 inch LG smart TV with ROKU with cable access and WiFi. Sleeps 4 comfortably, but there are 2 full size sofas. Feel free to contact owner with any questions.

Although, we have a fenced in back yard, our guests will not have access.

Super cute and great location
Exactly as advertised. Very nice carriage house in a great location near UGA and restaurants/coffee shops. Beds were super comfortable! Renee was very communicative and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Will definitely stay again next time we are in Athens.
