Grand Hotel Ocean City Oceanfront
"Our room was ready, and the front desk let us check-in a few hours early. Parking in their garage cost $10 a day as an option. Street parking is available, when not busy. The room and bathroom was clean, although it smelled of smoke remnants. Housekeeping had to spray the room to tidy it up. Our oceanfront balcony gave a beautiful morning sunrise view over the ocean and a direct view of the boardwalk. Our room and balcony was very spacious. Microwave, wet bar, and, coffee maker, and mini fridge functioned well. Room noise from adjoining room echos through the door partition due to no carpets in the room. Elevators do not have keycard security, but there are cameras. Hallway carpets need a deep cleaning. Building and lobby is showing its age and not impressive looking. The restaurants on the first floor are very convenient, yet pricey. Pool has sufficient towels and seating, although attendant should go around more frequently to clean debris around the area. Pool has wash off/shower area."
