"This property is clean and safe. It is not for those that want sleep- at least not in Room 1. The folks upstairs talked, giggled, moved furniture? Talked , laughed and even kids were up late- little kids talking and playing until 11:30 pm. I had an early morning and told the host this too. I think upstairs was the family. It was annoying and I was exhausted today. I won’t be back. With my two little dogs/ grass was not cut ( granted it’s early) and I always clean up after my dogs. It is pet friendly."

"What a perfect place to spend time upstate! This is a great choice if you're looking to relax in a hot tub, see some chickens and pet a cat, or take in the calmness of the river. There are plenty of amenities, including a full kitchen (no oven but there's a hot plate, among other things). The staff is helpful and friendly. The room was very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again! They also have a stand at the Hudson Farmers' Market on Saturdays where you can buy honey and sandwiches!"

"The place exceeded expectations. Clean, cute space. Roomier than expected. Hot tub was on and at a good temperature. The Main Street with restaurants and bars is literally a 4 minute walk, yet the house feels secluded in a good way. Really enjoyed our stay."
