Very nice hotel. What sells it the most are the private hot tubs. They also have a public heated spa outdoors on the ground level. I would have given 5 stars but as nice as the restaurant seems, we ate there 3 times and disappointed all 3 times. There just isn't a lot of flavor in anything we ordered. Service was a little slow. Also, they don't open until 9am so if you want coffee other than what is in your room, you will have to walk. Sandcastle is the closest one and opens at 7am and they serve Starbucks coffee.

There was no coffee available unless you ordered it the night before. I will not use the nasty coffee maker in the room. Also lack USB ports for charging devices. Last but not the least, the bathroom floor was dirty, dried blood or something nasty. Bottom line line, there are better places to stay in Pismo.

Staff was very professional and friendly. Beach access and beach chairs is a great amenity. Parking was safe and easy. Wish walls were thicker, could everything from adjoining room.
