SEACLIFF HOUSE es una casa de Shell Beach recientemente redecorada y ajardinada de un solo nivel con espectacular vista al mar sin obstrucciones a lo largo de la Bahía de San Luis hasta Point Sal y más allá. Este plan de piso de 1300 pies cuadrados tiene dos amplios dormitorios, ambos con camas king. El dormitorio principal tiene un baño de conexión con una amplia ducha de azulejos de vidrio con marco de cristal sin marco, gabinetes a medida y encimera de granito con dos lavabos de recipiente. El segundo dormitorio tiene vista al mar y el segundo baño tiene una bañera profunda con ducha de azulejos, gabinetes a medida y mostrador de granito y detalles.

El espacio vital es de plano abierto para maximizar la vista al mar. Sofá y sillones dan a la vista o TV de pantalla plana con cable básico, reproductor de DVD, Apple TV, altavoces Bluetooth e Internet de alta velocidad. Hay una extensa biblioteca de libros y películas y un botón de gas para esas frías noches de invierno.

El comedor puede sentar seis. La cocina está equipada con estufa a gas y horno a gas con parrillero, lavaplatos, muchos gabinetes y espacio en el mostrador. Hay una sala de lavandería con lavadora, secadora y lavadero.

En el exterior hay un patio comedor con paredes con asientos para seis personas. El patio delantero tiene cuatro sillas Adirondack para sentarse y mirar al mar y una habitación exterior adicional con asientos y una pared de bloque de pantalla curva y vista al mar. En el extremo norte de la casa hay una ducha exterior privada para enjuagar arena, un tendedero para toallas de playa y trajes de neopreno y una parrilla de carbón Webber. Hay una cochera y espacio para un segundo auto en tándem (2 espacios de estacionamiento en el sitio). Todas las áreas son accesibles y todas las puertas tienen un ancho de tres pies.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I had an amazing five night stay at this beautiful house in August. Interior was immaculate, clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen was exceptional, especially with the 50 retro look they have. Bed was very comfortable and the bathrooms were spotless. Sat outside every morning having coffee and every evening sipping wine.....and watching the whales! Such a beautiful neighborhood and community. Met some really nice neighbors every day from the front patio and also a few houses away at the scenic viewing point where we watched the amazing sunsets! Will definitely be back.

A little piece of heaven

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the house, location and neighborhood. I had a problem with bites the whole time I was there. I finally figured it out by the time I left. The house had a lot of tiny jumping spiders that were hard to see or catch. After research I found out they will bite if disturbed and leave angry welts. Hope you can get rid of them. I left my Kurig coffee maker there for my one cup in the morning. Unfortunately we had the major power outage while I was there. All in all the staff was responsive and friendly and I would love to stay there again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great place. Seven Sisters Vacation Rentals were easy to work with. A couple of minor issues came up that were handled expeditiously to our satisfaction. As far as the property, there is not a better location in Shell Beach than Seacliff house. We would rent it again same time next year if it were available which it unfortunately it is not. Seven Sisters worked with us to find another rental in Shell Beach that I'm sure will be great. One minor improvement I would recommend to the owners of Seacliff house is that they upgrade the BBQ grill. The current charcoal grill is small, old, and rusty. A propane one would be nice but at least a new larger charcoal model should be available.
