What is not like about this property?! The perfect location just right out of town and it was so peaceful and serene. We had an oceanfront king room and it was absolutely perfect. We could just sit out on our balcony and watch the birds fly by and we saw whales from our room. The service was exceptional and we have zero complaints. I can’t wait to come back and stay again!

Loved this stay! Was glad that we were assigned the ocean view room away from the pool area so it was more private. The ocean view was beautiful and calming. We basically had the balcony sliding door open the entire stay. Everything was super clean. Close to a beach and their downtown area. Beautiful views when walking on the path next to the hotel. Loved the outdoor swings and seating. My only complaint was their “fire alarm” went off atleast 7-8 times in one day. I was there for peace and quiet and to be able to sleep in and the alarm kept going off in the morning and then one time again at 11pm. Other than that the stay was perfect. Would definitely come back!

We really enjoyed the location. We had a room with two doubles. The beds were uncomfortable for us. We liked the wine tasting and music on Thursday night. The fire alarm keeper going off the first night. That was a little frustrating. Overall not what I was expecting with the price range per night.

I would've given a 5 out of 5 on everything. But sadly the fire alarm came in by our room for 30minutes when my wife and I were about to sleep. This was late at night on 6/19. I called the help desk and the lady at the time was rude and short with me. Then on the morning of the 20th before we were going to checkout we went to the beach the male grounds keeper a heavy sat fairly tall guy with hair almost to his shoulder stepped directly in front of my wife and I for no reason. We were feeling a little assaulted. Then when we came up. Our card was deactivated before checkout time. We couldn't get back in I called the front desk and initially they wanted us to walk all the way around the facility instead of coming down a flight of stairs to open the pool gate, let us in, and reactivate our keys. The good part was the young adult White male and short Hispanic women were very knowledgeable and courteous.
