Appartement conforme à la description.
Tout confort, fonctionnel. Il ne manque rien, juste nos vêtements et affaires de toilette à emporter!
parfait pour un couple avec ou sans enfants.
Proche commerces, et lieux touristiques.
Magnifique région.

Très agréable séjour !
Appartement fidèle au photo très joliment décoré et bien équipè.
petit bémol sur l'absence de porte à la chambre (petit manque d'intimité... ) et de volets coin banquette..
Mais dans une si belle région ...On est pas venu pour dormir !!!

Superbe appartement
Nous avons été très bien acceuilli lors de notre arrivée. L'appartement est conforme au photos du site. Il y avait vraiment tous ce que l'on avait besoin. Trés propre et bien décorés.
Appartement très calme et bien agencé. Il y a de magnifique endroit à visité, les marchés, pas très loin de la suisse, de piscine exterieure à 30 minutes en voiture. Commerce tout près, Carrefour à 3 km..
La vieille ville d'Annecy est magnifique.
Franchement je le recommande vivement.

Idéal en séjour à 2, compatible petit séjour en famille.
La communication avec le propriétaire est excellente! Par téléphone, mail ou SMS, elle est réellement réactive pour répondre à toutes nos questions et nous renseigner sur notre futur séjour.
Le logement est un appartement récemment rénové dans un immeuble calme (mais vivant...). Il est conforme à la description et livré avec tout le nécessaire (draps, serviettes etc) ce qui permet de voyager sans. Il est facile de s'y garer, quelque soit l'heure et le jour.
2 points ont cependant attirés notre attention:
- Une porte sur la chambre serait un plus pour l'isoler,
- Toutes les fenêtres du salon sont équipées de volets sauf une, malheureusement située juste au dessus du 2ème couchage....
C'est donc un bel appartement qui convient parfaitement à un couple, ou permet à une petite famille de passer agréablement quelques jours au calme dans une région sympa.

Appartamento molto ben curato, pulito e completo di ogni utilità.
La casa è situata a 5-10 minuti di auto dal centro di Annecy; è al terzo piano senza ascensore di uno stabile decoroso e tranquillo. L' appartamento è arredato in stile moderno ed è completo di ogni accessorio. Isabelle la proprietaria è stata molto gentile nell'averci accolto.

Un charmante escapade en famille (2 adultes + 2 enfants)
Accueillis très chaleureusement par Isabelle, la propriétaire, nous avons beaucoup apprécié cet appartement très fonctionnel, très propre et lumineux, offrant une belle vue sur les montagnes environnantes, à deux pas du lac d'Annecy et sur la route du Grand Bornand et de la Clusaz.
Avec 2 enfants de 5 et 7 ans, nous étions parfaitement à l'aise et nous recommandons cet appartement également pour sont excellent rapport qualité-prix.
