Poor!!!!!!!

I was triple charged for deposits that I requested to be refunded over several weeks and was again charged instead of credited the dollar amount so I will not be staying there again!

My husband only stayed 1 of the 2 days and was not able to get a refund back for that. The service was horrible and front desk was not friendly at all!

Not great!

My door wouldn’t deadbolt, even after today’s “repair”. Tub so nasty I was grossed out to shower in it. Room phones not plugged as they do not work to be able to contact the front desk. Good sized apartment sized fridge with freezer was great. Charging outlets broken or not working. Laundry $2 to wash and $2 to dry with quarters but no coin machine and front desk doesn’t have quarters. Thank God for kind people checking in to help with quarters!

The room was smoking which was an accident on my behalf so thats part of the problem. I laid on the clean white sheets with clean wet hair and there was a yellow ring where my hair had wet i guess the mattress where the nicotine bled out. The whole room reeked of cigarette smoke. Which is ok, since i did the booking and didnt see that. But there where blood splatters and dirty hand prints on the doors and on the wall in the bathroom. The light switches where grimmy where they have not been wiped in awhile. The door handles where all sticky and grimy. The remote wouldn't work for the tv and we couldnt get anything to play. The door between the rooms had no seal so i could see the light from his tv all night and hear him very well.
