It feels extremely expensive for what it is, but I do think that might just be San Sebastián. Don’t pay for their parking - you can park on the street for a fraction of the price, but just have to be smart with when you pay from and to. The swimming pool photos flatter it - it’s pretty small but it does have a pool at least. I can imagine it’s a great spot if you’re needing somewhere for a long period and are working alongside it. The workspaces are clearly useful and well used. Good vibes!"
