Located on the fifth floor of a recently built building equipped with a spacious elevator, La Concha Terrace apartment is located just 400 meters from La Concha Beach. Equipped with air conditioning both in the living room and in both bedrooms, the apartment stands out for its three terraces: The northeast terrace, with direct access from the living room, kitchen, and master bedroom, boasts for a stunning panoramic view over the bay of La Concha and the city center. It also has an outdoor dining area for four people and two hammocks. The southeast terrace, with direct access from the second bedroom, offers additional space equipped with two sun loungers. From this terrace, guests can access the impressive upper terrace, that highlights for an impressive 360º panoramic view over both La Concha Bay and the entire city. It has another outdoor dining area for four people and two more sun loungers.
The apartment inside has a Nordic style decoration and comes with a living-dining room with an open kitchen, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms fully equipped with comfortable showers. The living room has direct access to the north-east terrace with its panoramic views over the city. It has a large-format Smart TV, a three-seater sofa, a mustard-tone armchair and a dining table for four people. The open-concept kitchen is very bright, fully equipped with high-end appliances and offers direct access to the north-east terrace, that is equipped with an outdoor dining area for four people. Pretty much everything spot on and as described, small things that would be of benefit- drawers in bedrooms, full length mirror, coat hooks in hall and on bedroom/bathroom doors, few more cups/plates/glasses. Overall, great accommodation and location and would return but would be even better with these added suggestions.

Basque in the sun and pintxo
Amazing views in a location convenient for dining, surfing and just hanging out is a winning combination that is literally hard to find!
We circled the blocks several times using apple maps as a guide and ultimately had to send someone on foot. This may have been easier for someone who is not new to the town/construction closures/ one way streets.
Once we were in we could not have been happier with our choice.

Incredible views, great location, modern, cramped interior
This apartment on the top floor of a new building has absolutely stunning views of the San Sebastien La Concha Beach, Monte Igueldo and Monte Urgull, and Santa Clara Island, as well as old town. The private outdoor spaces are extensive, on both sides of the building as well as the roof.
Old town itself is only a 5-10 minute walk away, and the beach is 5 minutes, with a dozen good restaurants between the apartment and old town.
The interior is modern, clean, and has all the electrical items and appliances you would need, although there is only a washer and no dryer.
The problems with the apartment are mostly that it is very, very small, at least by US standards. The bedrooms were so small that there was no room for our suitcases between the bed and the wall. There is no furniture in the bedrooms, and the only place to store clothing is the closets, with 8 hangers per bedroom and very limited shelving.
The sitting room and kitchen have enough room to sit, although only seating for 3 in the sitting room. There is no desk, and no place to put coats.
The optional dedicated garage parking space was extremely convenient, and I highly recommend getting it if you have a car. Like most European garages, it is tight for anything bigger than a subcompact car.
The apartment is very private as well, with only 2 apartments per floor accessible by the elevator.
All in all we really enjoyed this apartment and I'd recommend it for a stay in San Sebastien.

Small apartment but great views
The apartment is small but very clean. Great views from all the decks. Address was difficult to find using gps. Parking is available for an extra fee. No air conditioning but they had a few fans. Overall a good experience for 2 couples.
