The reservation made and paid at Travelcity was different than the one received by the hotel. We paid for a 3 persons / 3 beds or 2 doubles and actually got a 1 double bed room. Even as I shown the reservation to the staff they took no responsibility and were not helpful, even after I shown then a confirmation mail by the hotel where it clearly said 3 persons / 3 beds or 2 doubles. We had to stay because there was no rooms available in the nearby hotels and the staff. The communication between Travelcity and the hotel is really bad and they just ping pong between each other the responsibility and the customer pays the price.

Convenient

Pros: Convenience
Cons: More vegetarian options in the restaurant (which I know is not affiliated with the hotel)
Location: Bars and restaurants short boat ride (maybe 10 min) to France public transportation
This simple small hotel is within walking distance to San Sebastian airport, within a block's walk to public transportation (San Sebastian is about 20 min. bus ride), the old town of Hondarribia has lots of bar/restaurants (including one very good vegetarian, Curry Verde), and you can walk to get the boat (water taxi) to Hendaye, France which is also a small town with lots of restaurants and beautiful beach area. If you are looking for a clean, convenient, safe place I would recommend this hotel. Remember you are near the airport so you will hear planes taking off however I did not hear them at night. There is also a restaurant in the hotel in case you don't want to walk into town.
