When we arrived the elevators weren’t working. We were on the 3rd floor and had to haul our stuff up 3 flights of stairs. Once in our room the tv wouldn’t work. There was no maintenance on site that day. We were moved to another room. And to top it all off, our car was broken in to and items stolen out of it.

pubes on bed, stains on furniture. the pool was hairy too but it was okay overall, there weren’t bugs as far as I noticed, I checked the bed and the couch. one worker just ignored us until we spoke to her first which was kinda odd but wtv, the breakfast was NOT good but only okay. Very mid stay but good for the cost

I was greeted by two wonderful front desk staff, they had me checked in and were very polite. One of them was in training- after giving me my room key I went to my room and received a phone call that she had failed to return my ID. She asked me to collect it (I feel she should have brought the ID to me). When I walked into the room I could smell urine. Later that evening I went to let in my guest, the front desk night staff (a different person) was very rude and demanded my name and room number as I was waiting for the elevator- I went done at 3am for a snack where he was rude once more, he never once greeted me, thanked me, or even smiled at me. He looked as if I was a chore or a bad smell, even though I had actually not asked for any assistance from him. Finally, check out was at 12, I requested a 1pm late check out, which was granted, however housekeeping came to my door at 11:30 asking me about checkout, except all she could say to me was, “I don’t speak English, checkout?”. Finally when I tried getting into my room at 11:45 my key would not work. So, for the $200 I paid for the night- I was very dissatisfied and disappointed. The breakfast was ok- but the spout for the juice didn’t work and the staff had an entire conversation about management giving the staff the money to buy a new spout. I won’t be staying at spring hill suites again. The only good thing about the hotel was the person I spent the stay with and the fun we had together.

The room was very dirty, we stayed a month before and had a better experience. The pool was disgusting and after telling them it was cleaner but the chemicals were so strong you couldn’t use the hot tub jets as it burned your eyes and made you cough.

Checkout says 12pm in the app but housekeeping harassed us starting at 10:45am when my husband was coming off night shift and tried to sleep in. Front desk said checkout time recently changed to 11am but we could stay until noon. Put up do not disturb sign but housekeeping kept knocking anyway asking if we were leaving and could they come in
