Had to wait for staff to check me in. There was a smell in hall ways parking was limited. Room was cold because heat was turned off. Bed skirts had stains on them. Carpet dirty. Not a very good experience

I would have scored lower to 2 due to the front desk not react accordingly. The bathroom was overflowing and he just dropped off the plunger for me to fix instead of sending a maintenance guy. I came back later that day and the room is still flooded. The cleaning crew never cleaned it, I went back to the front desk and at this time the new front desk person a girl name Faga was able to transfer me to a new room and I truly appreciate it. Thank her for helping me out with making my stay comfortable. The previous front desk personnel could have done that earlier. Room was clean and everything was smooth other than that.
