This was the start of our Alaskan vacation. It was very close to the airport, clean. We enjoyed the deck when we got there and had coffee on the deck in the morning. Saw a couple bald eagles!

Needed a place to stay for the night prior to our flight the next day. The home is very close to the airport and it worked great for us. Was fine for overnight. Bedrooms and kitchen were clean. Bathroom needs a good scrub so we didn't shower. Quiet neighborhood but neighbors behind and to the side have lots of cars, tarped buildings, etc. so not a view from the front or the deck you might expect. Not owners fault but is a factor in the rating. Great communication from owner on key lock, parking, etc.

Good house for a family if you can climb stairs. The amount of stairs was a surprise. . Location on the water was fabulous for kayaking. We thought it would be easy to get our kayaks down to the water from the parking area - NOT. We ended up driving to the community beach area to put our kayaks in. Saw a gray whale!! We still had a great time. Ants on the counter. Pest control needs to visit.

Clean home. Nice kitchen. Overall comfortable except the bed in the master bedroom was not comfortable. Other bed was great. Nice deck enjoyed sitting on it. Everything we did was about a 15-20 minute drive.

Very convenient stay in Anchorage

We needed and over night stay in Anchorage before heading to Kenai for 3 weeks. The property was very clean and a nice location. We did not have a car but could walk to a great breakfast restaurant. Best of all the people we dealt with were excellent and went way above and beyond for us. We arrived very late at night and they let us stay past the 11:00 checkout time. We liked it so much we will be staying there at the end of our trip. Thank you for being so kind to us.
