This is a well kept 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bath home located in one of Anchorage's most established neighborhoods. Spacious backyard and house provides lots of space for enjoying time with friends and family. The 4 bedrooms feature 6 beds. The bunk bed is a full on bottom and twin on top. There is a queen bed and twin bed in bedroom 3. High speed internet access provided as well as Netflix account.

This is a quiet neighborhood in one of Anchorages desired part of town called Sportman's Point. This home has close access to Kincaid Park, shopping, and the airport. Only a quick few minute drive to the end of the coastal trail, mountain biking, hiking, cross country skiing.

Full driveway for parking a vehicle. Uber/Lyft are a 10 minute drive from airport.

- NO loud music and NO Parties (No exceptions) . The property's quiet hours are in place to ensure that you and the whole community can enjoy a restful night's sleep.

- If you open, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back.
-Pls ensure to lock the doors every time you leave the house.
- Garage is not for guests: do not attempt to get in.
