I work in hospitality and have very high standards when it comes to service, that being said, my room was perfectly clean and comfortable and every single staff member I encountered during my stay was welcoming, friendly and helpful. Room was clean, tv didn’t work then we thought they fixed it but broke again. They moved us to another room. The staff was friendly. The problem was the bed was so uncomfortable and the pillows were lumpy and also very uncomfortable. This was are last stay at this hotel! Needs refurbishing, seriously get rid of the popcorn ceiling.

Great staff, conveniently located. Good view of the Disney fireworks and park lights. The beds are hard, I prefer a little softer. The elevator doors close too fast.
