This is traditionally a great hotel but this evening was not their best performance. Chaotic check in (eventually someone decided an additional 3 people may help), something weird going on with restaurant leaving staff unable to manage spill into bar area, and great concept of market place “not working”. Maybe it was just a thing.

Stayed here after flight was cancelled at Schiphol. Easy to get to, as the hotel is connected to the terminal by a covered bridge. Very clean reception, always well staffed. Quick check in, and rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable.
