The dark blue tile on the infinity pool blends right into the Caribbean beyond for a stunning appearance. Shallow areas are great for kids. A restroom for the pool is located in the grand entry, making bathroom breaks easy and quick.

The wrap-around terrace is so incredible guests will not want to venture beyond the condo! The kitchen is newly & fully equipped including dining service for 6. Amenities here include a dedicated router for dependable wifi throughout the penthouse, CD, DVD, beach towels, blender, coffee maker, alarm clocks, hairdryers, toaster, large toaster oven, microwave & a safe.

Also, B4 penthouse has a smart TV that is now connected to internet offering Netflix (for those with their own accounts to log in), and hundreds of digital channels of commercial-free/talk free music of superior quality and to any taste, including well, of course... There are some small sandy areas on the rocky coastline below the pool and even an inlet to the sea on calm tide days. Please note that there are no pets and no smoking or BBQs allowed.

Mi Casa Del Mar B4 is best for adults or families with older children as there are low walls and open railings on the balconies. The urban simplicity and elegant decor will add to the rest and relaxation of life in paradise. This penthouse can accommodate 6 adults in the 3 bedrooms. A/C in bedrooms only.
