"La experiencia en el Hotel fue exelente en todos los aspectos. Excepto por el bar tender en el lobby creo que de nombre Andrés. El cual mostró un trato no cordial ni amable. En todo momento no parecía tuviera deseos de trabajar o brindar servicio. Por lo que nos cohibimos de ir y estar en esa área. Donde se podía ver los partidos del mundial de futbol en pantalla grande. Cosa que hizo deslucir al hotel. La amabilidad y el servicio debe ser prioridad. Y estar presentes en todas las áreas. Fue lamentable ya que es por lo único que no lo daría 5 estrellas al hotel. El bufet bueno. Variado. El personal súper. El personal del lobby excelente. Y la habitación muy limpia. Cómoda. Agradable. Tenía todo lo que hacia falta. Buena hubicacion del hotel. Muy cerca del Centro Comercial Santa Fe."

"We arrived late at night, in the rain, with our children in the car. At first, the welcome was cold. The person at the front desk was not warm, not even an umbrella was offered to help us get the kids inside. After a long trip, small gestures like that matter. To be fair, that same person was nicer later, and the interaction improved. The room was pleasant overall. The bedding was exceptional, and the hotel is located in a nice area, which helped make the stay enjoyable. That said, a few details need attention. The shower flooded while being used, and we had to remove the drain filter ourselves so the water could go down. The room did not have kitchen towels or napkins, and we had to ask several times for toilet paper before someone finally helped us. Breakfast was modest: two scrambled eggs, two pieces of toast, and coffee. Anything beyond that required an extra charge. Communication with the front desk was also difficult. There did not seem to be a simple way to reach them from the room, so we had to walk over whenever we needed something, and several times no one was there. The WiFi instructions were confusing as well. We were told the password was available through a QR code in the room, but the only thing we found was the modem hidden behind the couch. Overall, we had a good stay. The hotel has charm, comfy rooms, and a good location. With a little more attention to service quality, communication, and basic supplies, the experience could be much better."
