The accommodation is located on the edge of a marina on the Westeinderplassen. With a gigantic roof terrace as big as the house itself and a beautiful lounge set, you'll have endless views of the water here. On the first floor there is also a smaller terrace, ideal for a good breakfast, lunch or to cast the fishing rod.



You can also look over the water from all sides from the living room. The large windows provide plenty of light and the modern furnishings complete the picture. The open kitchen is fully equipped and includes a 4-burner stove and coffee maker. Everything you need to prepare a complete meal for the family. There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet.



Are you an avid water sports enthusiast? At the reception of Kempers Watersport Marina you can get SUP boards, water skis and other fun boards. On the Westeinderplassen there are also several sailing schools where you can take a sailing course. Have you worked up an appetite after a day on the water? The marina's restaurant serves delicious dishes for lunch and dinner. Free Wi-Fi is available outside the marina. You can use it on the boat terraces and in the Kempers Watersport showroom while enjoying a cup of coffee.



This house has a view from the living room and terrace over the Westeinderplassen, not the marina.



Coastal towns like Noordwijk and Katwijk are about a 20-minute drive away. Larger towns like Amsterdam and Haarlem are 30 minutes away.
