Friendly at front office and the room was nice and clean. We only stayed one night, in a room for supposedly hearing impaired people. So there is a doorbell that activates a bright light in the room. For some reason the hearing-impaired label next to the room door was missing, and the male housekeeper yelled 'housekeeping' as he was walking into the room when I was half dressed and didn't understand what was being said! Staff need to be sure that in those rooms, use the designated door bells or at least announce multiple times before entering the rooms. And also, wait to clean those rooms after checkout to minimize chances of an uncomfortable encounter.

People hanging out for HOURS directly outside of my window and near my car. The TV in the room is so small I could not read the guide. There were dirty washcloths in the shower and the coffee in the room was just decaf. The A/C was outrageously loud so I had to turn it off and then I was sweating all night. Just an awful place.

Very friendly, welcoming desk staff. Decor clean and comfortable. Pool available. Rooms clean and comfortable. Toilet was wonky. Quick to send someone to fix. Was still wonky but got us through the night. Plan to stay again in june!

I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. It was clean, easy to get to, had breakfast included each morning. The rooms are comfortable and the bathroom is spacious. On the downside, the mattresses were not the greatest. One of the two beds seemed very sunken in the middle. Friendly staff and cleaning staff is dedicated during this COVID era.
