"We arrived at the hotel a little bit early and the room was not quite ready but there was also an elevator issue: it wasn't working and walking up 4 flights with luggage, or without, was not workable. To compensate the hotel offered us a room on the 2nd floor, was just as nice as the top floor room, and they included breakfast in the price. The staff and management was very helpful overall, pleasant to deal with, and strive to make your stay as agreeable as they can. The room was in the rear of the hotel and very quiet. The breakfast buffet was good and did the staff did their best to accommodate food allergies. The left bank hotel location is excellent for the metro and getting around Paris easily. Musee D'Orsay is in walking distance. The area surrounding the hotel is full of restaurants and shopping. Overall, very good value for the money. We would stay there again. "
