"This hotel is located in the wonderful left bank area of St Germane. Its location location location makes it the perfect place to see the attractions in Paris. The side streets are full of cafes, restaurants and bakeries. A short walk to Notre Dame and the Seine. Rooms are small but this is Paris.. the staff friendly and welcoming."

"The location was fantastic. The only problem we encountered was our original room. We had written numerous times that my mother in law was elderly and could not do stairs. So when we got there they gave us a room with a spiral staircase that lead to the bedroom and the shower. Luckily the hotel wasn’t at full capacity and we were given a beautiful room with a king bed. I believe it was an upgrade! After that everything was wonderful."

"Our room was very clean, with an attached balcony with a view of the Eiffel Tower. It was my first trip to Paris, so this was very exciting. A breakfast buffet was included, which had scrambled and hard boiled eggs, many delicious breads and pastries, cooked veggies, fresh fruits, hot/cold cereals and cheese/cold cuts, too. The staff were helpful and polite. The hotel’s location is in a vibrant neighborhood. It also has a spectacular rooftop bar."

"Pros: - in a great area - lots of cute shops and easy to get around. Felt very safe - staff were relatively helpful and I was able to check in early Cons: - bed was hard as a rock. Most uncomfortable bed and pillows I’ve ever slept on - thought the room has AC, you can’t turn it on if you want it in your room. It was 77 degrees outside and about the same temp inside and apparently was too cold for AC - very dated. Pics included in listing make it look way nicer than it is - only shampoo, no conditioner - room is so small. Pictures make it look a lot bigger. Hard to open the door with two suitcases in the room."

"Very nice hotel in a quieter area of Paris but within walking distance of the river, stayed with family and had two adjacent rooms which worked well."

"The room was very clean, as was the common area. The amenities are minimal: shampoo, soap, towels, no face cloths, no daily housekeeping. We had a nice hot showers and good water pressure.This is a very narrow hotel, winding staircase and tiny elevator. The staff are very friendly. The hotel is in a very safe area. We did not have breakfast but the coffee we ordered was good. There is air-conditioning, but we turned it off because it was cool April weather. "
