Everything was great. Great reception (especially Ms Mimi, who checked me in), very comfortable and clean room. I had breakfast a few mornings. Regular (hourly) shuttle to nearby IOI City Mall. Malaysia was a great pleasure to visit.

"The only thing that I could say that was an inconvenience was that I couldn’t heat up my food.
Please create another place just for people who can heat up their meals or milk etc
Because sometimes we need to feed our children at odd hours or an elderly mother
And it’s in conversation when someone says
Oh we can’t allow you to do that
Because it can contaminate out microwave.
It’s always important to have it available to the Guest who are staying at your facility."
