"The modern, sizable room, shower and location were fantastic. Roof top has great views of the city and was staffed with friendly bartenders.
The check-in process needs a lot of work. Even though I checked in online as requested (several times actually, bc I never got a clean confirmation) I still had to wait in line to get access to my key. The lobby gets so crowded that it's hard to navigate. The online system does NOT seem to be in synch with the systems at the small, unmanned check-in counters. Staff hides behind glass windows so that interaction guests is difficult."
