Best Hotel!

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at! It’s right next to the heart of Vienna, very easily accessible to all the museums, theaters, and transportation. The staff is extremely courteous and they offer a phenomenal breakfast. Along with the beautiful rooms, they have excellent amenities like a sauna room, gym, and lounges. I will definitely be staying here again!

First Vienna trip

Great place to stay. English is widely spoken which is a plus. Hotel location very convenient to local buses and trams. Also very easy to walk to museums and cafes. The hotel restaurant had tasty food and staff was very accommodating. We had connecting rooms which worked well for us and our preteen/teen. Breakfast buffet had a wide variety of food. Balint at the restaurant was especially helpful and gracious. We plan on returning to Vienna and will certainly consider staying here again.

Excellent hotel - great location and room

The hotel was excellent - very clean, comfortable and luxurious. The executive lounge as part of the penthouse package was brilliant - with breakfast and drinks included. The room was spacious, with a comfy mattress and pillows. Great location to the historic center of Vienna and to the Christmas Markets - we will be back!
