8.4/10 Very Good! (2,088 reviews)

"Not the standard you would expect of a Raddison owned property. Staff at reception were excellent but we were first given an uncleaned room which was quickly sorted. We also requested cleaning mid way through our stay which came 1 day late so the cleaning teams were very poor throughout. The room ..."

"Extremely basic, charmless, small, functional room. Worn but clean. Outstanding location. Tiny fridge did not work. Expedia did not communicate the confirmed reservation to the hotel prior to our arrival, and as a result we had an hour wait, late in the evening, for our room to be finalized. Fortunately ..."

"Hotel location was perfect, walkable to many locations and public transport. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Only criticism was how warm the room was, they don't have proper air-con so very limited in trying to cool the room down - if we were staying in the summer this would have been a real issue."

"The hotel was very clean and modern. The reception staff when we arrived were efficient but not especially welcoming. The room had very comfortable beds, was clean and tidy, but the lighting in the room was terrible - very dark. The pool is very small but pleasant, but the changing facilities in the spa were very cramped. The location of the hotel is excellent - very central and walking distance of most of the major sights. The restaurant was excellent for breakfast - fantastic selection on the buffet each morning which was all delicious, and good coffee. The only let down was one morning we came down they couldn’t find us a table because they were catering for a conference party and put us in the atrium public seating area away from the restaurant and expected us to walk back and forth up and down steps with our selection from the buffet which was not ideal because the hotel was so crowded. We had one evening meal on the first night which was tasty but small menu, small portions and overpriced compared to other local restaurants. The cocktails were good but again pricey. Overall a great first trip to Berlin thank you."
