"I had a delightful stay at the Sana and very much appreciated the kind upgrade to a suite. They are working hard to refine the guest experience, and it's working - attention to details like the beautiful and comfortable furniture in the conservatory, the completely reimagined lobby and even the menu headings in the restaurant matching perfectly the green of the surrounding foliage. The breakfast has had a makeover, too, with interesting new elements appearing. Highly recommend!"

"Everything was okay except getting stuck in the elevator. We used the key and it did not move at all. We waited about 5 minutes and it finally moved. Those 5 minutes felt like 10 hours. Hopefully they maintain them better. I also didnt see a emergency phone or directions in english….."

"We booked here for 4 nights, We had a lovely warm welcome. My room was clean and spacious. The room had AC, fridge, Safe, iron & ironing board, kettle with coffee, tea and free bottled water. We did have a small issue but the staff went out their way to fix this and this is why i would stay here again knowing they care about the guests. The hotel is near public transport, shops and the LGBT scene. There is a onsite shop selling limited items but there are shops near by. If you require your room to be made up you need to book it or speak to the staff, I had no issues with this has if i needed more towels i just asked and was given them and i got to have a sleep in with out being woken by house keeping. The hotel is card only which surprised us, I would ask that the hotel maybe consider allowing customers the choice to use cash? We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay here again and recommend the hotel. 5 stars all around."
