"We only stayed one night. Overall, it was an okay stay. One thing to note is that they charged us around midnight before our arrival instead of waiting until check-in. I was told by the front desk that the manager requires them to charge before arrival and that reservations may be canceled if you’re not there at the exact check-in time. We did spend some time at the casino and got players cards at the cashier station. The cashier wasn’t the friendliest and seemed to have an attitude, but we overlooked it. The main issue came when we were ready to eat. The restaurant appeared to be short-staffed, and the wait time was over two hours. The young lady helping guests also seemed frustrated, so we decided to eat at another casino instead. Overall, the stay was okay, but the customer service could definitely be improved."
