Staff was okay and the location is close to a lot of stores and restaurants. I thought the price compared to what the room size , cleanliness etc was very high.The thermostat in my room was broken and stuck on 60 , so it was uncomfortably cold to the point I had to turn it off. When I mentioned it to the front desk upon checking out they offered me points to my Hilton Rewards account. I hope they fix it so the next poor person won’t have the same experience .

We had to switch rooms twice due to the first room having a sink faucet that wouldn’t turn off, and the AC not working in the second room. No discount nor room upgrades were offered for our troubles.

1st Time Staying Here...Ok for business "day" trip

The hotel stay was good overall with customer service receiving the highest ratest. The hotel is outdated and could benefit from updates to the bathroom and hotel room. Air condition unit was also not working to his most optimal level. This was my first time staying at this Hilton.
