And finally, Morena deserves recognition for her kindness and professionalism during our checkout. She assisted me with purchasing the book about the hotel’s history and made the process smooth and enjoyable. Her attention to detail and genuine care were truly appreciated. Our room was wonderfully spacious—a delightful surprise, especially since we had just come off a river cruise.
