"This was a nice quiet stay. The staff is excellent but they are working with limited resources. There’s only one dining choice during the day, the bar and grill with 2 bartenders and most of the time 1 cook for the whole property. Maybe the owners did not expect such rapid expansion but they need more dining options and more help. When you pay for all inclusive you expect some choices in food. But as I said the staff is excellent. Also it’s on a bay and the swimming there is not ideal but there’s a great pool. I would return again if they have more food choices. "

"Realmente para mi gusto que es la playa estuvo superrr el hotel es antiguo pero el cuarto estaba muy limpio un poco incómodo el mattress buena vista facilidad de transporte barra excelente y BBQ bien no lo utilize pero mucha gente si … faltaría la opción comidas ( principalmente desayuno) en cuanto a lo demás muy bien para mi gusto "

"Our group was looking for an all inclusive on the beach, where you didn’t need a passport, was easy to get to and was on the ocean. We were more than pleasantly surprised with this property! I read all the reviews before arriving and admittedly was a little nervous prior to our arrival. The absolute highlight of this property are the people that work here! Every single one of them was happy and engaging and did all they could to meet our needs! We were on a first name basis with most of them!! The food, the drinks the rooms - all exceeded our expectations! The rooms were clean and well appointed. The food was fantastic at the pool bar and restaurant and from what I was told the Italian restaurant was outstanding (I was sick and had to miss that meal ( only open a few days). The coffee shop was amazing! Bloody Mary’s and Mimosas as well as deli offerings. And the drinks were strong and plentiful with top shelf liquor and beer. This is a small adults only property, with one pool and gathering place (the pool and pool deck), you never had to fight for a chair around the pool -occasionally around the pool bar😂 The casino across the street was great we enjoyed the dealers and pit bosses, and by the 4th night they took all their money back-but were always welcoming and engaging! The one complaint we had was there was no air conditioning or air flow in the main restaurant. It was very hot and felt bad for the staff! The feel like temp was over 100 each day. We Will be back!"
