"My stay was horrible. My room was canceled before arriving and I was not contacted about anything. I found out upon check in. The reason was they overbooked (not my problem) and I chose the pay at property option.
The front desk lady was amazing. She was so helpful even under the stressful situation. The manager on the other hand was horrible. He was sending messages through her, but never speaking with customers himself nor was he at the location and he was the one randomly canceling rooms. There were only 2 big and 2 small towels in room that sleeps 4. We had to buy our own towels. It stated they had the option for us to purchase pots and pans but that was not true. In order to use the stove, we had to buy from store as well. The room smelled stale, shower head had a crack in it and water sprayed everywhere.
Overall the worst experience I've EVER had with a hotel. "
