The stay was great. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The water pressure for the sink could have been stronger and hot water slightly hotter. The pillows could have been softer.

No hot water in the room. When allowed to move the bellman leaned against the wall playing with his phone. Did no even offer to help. At age 75 i notice these things. new room had low water presure and louk warm water. Not worth the price i paid. This was my second stay with you.

The staff is wonderful - Patty was so very kind and helpful! She really made our stay memorable. Breakfast was just so so, they were out of coffee, the sausage links were like rubber, there was no one really there to help and there was a checkout line at the front desk so we didn't want to bother them.
