"Everything was very nasty and falling apart. You should not partner with this hotel. The rooms were dirty, the beds had cigarette burn holes in them, there were bugs everywhere, and the roof was caving in different areas. The two pool table areas had standing water everywhere. There were three people who got arrested. One of which who flashed one of my basketball players that’s in high school. The police were called and he was later arrested for something else. 3 of our guests had to change rooms after checking in due to how poor the conditions were. The breakfast area hardly had any food stocked or there to be made. "

Customer wasn’t satisfied with that response and then I guess apparently someone in the call center said you know what you have the option file PCO complaint not a good way to end that call just FYI so the customer came to me cause I’m their account rep and said what can you do to help us so I kind of started going down the path of asking you know David Turner, and my director well he’s our director now over here in Ohio. "Beautiful hotel! Very friendly staff and a beautiful room. And in the perfect location to walk everywhere in Yellow Springs. The only downside was that the HVAC system in the room is noisy and the rooms could be more soundproof. We have been here before this visit and we will visit again. And their restaurant has delicious food!"
